By purchasing any item sold by Shamrock Knives, the buyer expressly warrants that he/she is within compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. It shall be the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all Federal, State and Local laws governing the sale of any items listed, illustrated, or sold. 

 

The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Shamrock Knives, for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of the item in violation of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws or regulations. Weapons will not be sold to individuals under the age of 18 without permission or consent of a parent or guardian. Shamrock Knives cannot be held liable in any way for accidents or injury including death relating to use of our products in any.

 

Shamrock Knives does provide a limited lifetime warranty on all knives purchased. Unintentional Major Damage is covered upon inspection, Shamrock Knives will determine if it can be repaired or replaced.  Warranty is voided if upon inspection by Shamrock Knives, it has been determined the knife was used in any manner outside of being used as a cutting utensil for preparing food products. Examples of but not limited to, are placing the knife inside a dishwasher, using the knife as a pry bar or attempting to reprofile the knife geometry or shape.

 

When storing your knife, you should always consider protecting the edge. Do not store in a drawer with other utensils or tools as this could damage your edge or the knife itself. You can get inexpensive plastic edge protectors from Amazon for knives or a wall magnet.
